I lived here from 8/29/05-9/1/06 and loved this place! Close to everything. I had to move due to job change. I just moved back in on 2/01/11. I highly recommend this place.

I have lived at The Abbey At Forest Lakes for almost 2 years. In that time, the neighborhood was already nice, but got nicer. Me and my family are comfortable and very happy here. I have lived in apartments all my life and this one has treated me the best. I really enjoy how courteous the office staff is. They remember my name and seem to be honestly concerned about my needs as a resident.

We moved in in April and we love it here. Very nice shade trees everywhere, nice fitness center and 2 pools. Also, very close to everything: shopping, movies, eateries, and horse track.

I just moved in 2 weeks ago... At first i was a little leary due to the fact i was only shown the model which looks great, however my apt was not viewed until move in day. I must say, it was clean, well maintained and same layout as the model. The office staff have been wonderful. I looked at many apts and this was by far the best for it's price. I'm very happy with my apt choice and have had no issues with neighbors. LOVE LOVE LOVE my walk-in closet!!! Another upside, Walmart within walking distance!!!!!!

I have lived at The Abbey At Forest Lakes for about a month. I love the layout of the apartment, the proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I found the apartment to be very clean when I did the walk through. I have been quite pleased with The Abbey and would recommend it to others.

My husband and I just moved here from Oregon in June and we are very satisfied with The Abbey At Forest Lakes. The staff is great and helpful and our apartment is spacious and very clean and close to my husband’s job. We really like the area. It is near shopping and it is a very nice town to live in. A plus also is you have great fishing five minutes away at Tampa Bay - you have a big pier and a beautiful park to picnic or just take a nice walk. We are happy here.

What can I say about all the ladies that work for The Abbey At Forest Lakes? They’re great! Always helpful.. . and when it comes to your property manager, Rose, she really is great! Never seen a nicer group of girls - especially Julie. She is always smiling and helps everyone that comes in thru the door. I only can say very nice things about these apartments. Thank you Rose and all the girls in the office. I have been living here at The Abbey At Forest Lakes a year and I decided to renew my lease again. I'm very happy that you have a great team!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!!!

I am a true believer that "you never get a second chance to make a good 1st impression". I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism that I was greeted with when I first put in an application for residency at The Abby At Forest Lakes back in May 2011. I did not move in until July of 2011 because I had to complete my lease at my old residence. When I came back in June to sign my lease, I was met with same level of hospitality and warmth from the staff that I was greeted with back in May.
The entire staff was just wonderful and truly went beyond the call of duty to make me feel at home before I even moved in. I would like to give a special thank you to Julie who has been just a true joy to work with.
I love the serene environment that the complex has about it. The apartment is really spacious and I love the fact that it has screened in patios where you are able to see the beautiful view of the property while relaxing in a somewhat private setting in your apt home.
I have been recommending the Abby at Forest Lakes to anyone who is looking for an apartment. I am very pleased with my decision to make The Abby At Forest Lakes my residence and on a scale of 1 - 10 they get a "20".

My son and I have been a resident here at The Abbey At Forest Lakes for going on 6 years. We have excellent neighbors that are also long- term residents. The Office staff here at The Abbey At Forest Lakes are the BEST. I feel as if Rose and Julie are family. If anything is needed from maintenance it is taken care of in a very quick manner. My son loves the cookies in the office. The Abbey At Forest Lakes is home to us. :)

Our family moved here in early November of 2010. Julie, our leasing consultant, she is a very professional. Everybody from the office staff to maintenance staff are very professional as well. Whenever we have a maintenance request they are right on top of it - as in same day service. It is not like the old place we use to live at - we had to wait sometimes days or even weeks before they could come to fix things. We like the gated community. The property is even kept up. Yes we love it here and yes we would recommend this community to anyone that wants to live here. I would say the office staff has made us feel like we are at home. And we are at home. Thank You for having GREAT STAFF here at The Abbey at Forest Lakes in Oldsmar, Florida.

I've lived here on and off for 10+ years with my mom and then as an adult on my own. I love it here! The staff is SO friendly and helpful!! I have never lived in a place where they are always so eager to assist you in anything you need. The maintenance is really quick in responding to your problems. The location is excellent!! I recommend The Abbey At Forest Lakes to anyone I know of that is looking for an apartment. To say I am pleased with them is a complete understatement!

I am a current resident and my lease is coming to an end, but I am looking to resign a new lease, moving from a 2bdrm into a 3bdrm. Everyone is so helpful. Our original consultant that we dealt with moving in a year ago was Catherine. She was amazing with helping us figure out which model apt. we were comfortable with, and also Amber the Manager helped when we actually signed the lease. I am really glad that Julie is still here. She is currently helping me with my re-leasing.

I would like to state that my last four months living at The Abbey at Forest Lakes has been some of the best of my life. I have been a Florida resident continuously since 1998 and have lived in several different locations in Pinellas County. I find The Abbey at Forest Lakes to be one of the best communities I have lived in or visited. The amenities, such as the two swimming pools, that are meticulously maintained, the work out facility, and the common grounds are all in excellent condition. The other tenants that I have met and talked with are also similarly impressed with the efforts of the Management at The Abbey at Forest Lakes to provide us VALUE for our money. They are responsive to our needs and requests. All in all, I would highly recommend The Abby at Forest Lakes to anyone, single or family, as a great community to live.

I've lived here for 3 years and I have never lived at any apartment complex that I was able to adjust to so quickly and be able to easily and truthfully call home. From day one - meaning the day that I came in to look at the complex to this very moment that I type this comment, I have been treated with the utmost respect from Julie as well the entire staff. The maintenance staff also deserves kudos. They work extremely hard to make sure that requests are responded to quickly and then are efficiently attended to. I also love the trees and grounds. It’s very peaceful and beautiful. I gladly tell you that I see myself being at home here for a very long time!

I have lived here from 2002 to 2005 and with a job change I have moved back to this apartment community as it is close to my work now and it is close to everything from Tampa to St Pete and Clearwater. The staff has always been great and helpful and it sure is nice to be home again.

I have been at The Abbey At Forest Lakes for about (2) yrs. I love the location--near restaurants, shopping, parks, Malls, Wal-Mart, Drug Stores, you name it-- it is in this area. The landscape is beautiful--Trees, plants, lakes, squirrels, birds in their season. I love this little Hide-a-way!

My experience with The Abbey At Forest Lakes has been great. The staff is professional and pleasant. I have a young family and have been very pleased with the quality of the neighborhood and the neighbors. The last place I lived in was twice as expensive (literally) and was full of bugs. The leasing agent, Michelle, was very upbeat, nice and great to work with. 5 stars*****

It is a great place to live. I have lived here on my 3rd year and love it! The people are good, maintenance repairs done in a timely fashion, pet friendly and I love having the washer/dryer hook-ups. Also, the location is the biggest plus. Super Wal-Mart across the street, 2 miles to Oldsmar flea market, Auto Zone, Dunkin’ Donuts, Chick-fil-A, Walgreens and Redbox at our entrance.
